Like many good things, KNOT was started on a hunch.
After discovering pretzels around the world, we thought that London deserved its own unique soft pretzel.
We wanted the pretzel to be indulgent, yet natural. It took us a year developing and fine-tuning the recipe on our kitchen table. When we felt we had something right, we found an artisan baker to make them.
We launched KNOT at Kingston Ancient Market in May 2011. Clapham Junction followed in April 2012, and 2013 will see new shops coming soon to Richmond and Wimbledon.
