It takes 12 hours to make our pretzels. We follow an artisan bread making method that allows the key ingredients – butter, water, honey and organic Shipton Mill flour – to create the unique texture and flavour we love.
All our pretzels are handmade in a bakery in South London.
Our pretzels are served in different flavours – sweet or savoury. We take extra care to select good, natural ingredients so that our customers and us can both feel good about eating them.
We are truly passionate about good coffee and use top-notch 100% Arabica beans that have been directly sourced and hand roasted. Coffees are finely crafted by trained baristas.
We work closely with one of the best independent coffee roasters in London to supply our espresso blend and introduce a monthly guest filter coffee selected according to the seasons by our Head Barista.
We hope to help you discover what great coffee tastes like in its purest form.
