The lucky few of you may have already noticed, but we launched our delicious, 100% British Beef Haute Dog in Kingston yesterday.

The Haute Dog is served on an artisan Pretzel bun, made from a similar recipe to our pretzels but with dark brown sugar instead of honey to give the buns a bit more depth.  Just like our pretzels, the buns also go through a long rising and proofing process to develop the flavours, and take 12 hours to make.

After a long search for the perfect dog, we found the Franconian sausage company, which makes the dogs using 100% British beef from Essex and doesn’t add any additives or preservatives.

The perfect pretzel bun and our 100% natural British beef dogs are served with an organic Saurkraut to give it a bit of acidity.

Like all our products, we’ve spent a lot of time searching for the perfect suppliers and tweaking our recipes before launching the Haute Dog.  We wanted our Haute Dog to be a good dog with only good things so that both our customers and us can feel good about eating them.  Come visit Kingston this weekend to enjoy the final product.
